Fantastic Family Getaway!
clean hotel convenient access great restaurant loved water park
i really enjoyed how clean and well-kept the hotel was. the pools were a hit with the kids and the beach access was super convenient. i found several restaurants nearby, great for variety. there was also a water park that my kids loved.
finding parking was a little tricky at times, especially during peak hours.

The hotel is near many tourist spots, dining options, and public transport. This made exploring the area very easy. the proximity to the beach offers quick access for seaside relaxation and activities. everything was within easy reach.

Great Stay Near the Beach
clean sheets comfortable beds perfect air conditioning
The hotel is very close to the beach. The rooms have comfortable beds and crisp, clean sheets. The air conditioning worked perfectly, important during the hot nights. I found a nice balcony, overlooking the pool and offering a sea view in the distance (it was a really nice surprise!).
Some staff didn't speak English, so they had to use a translator app.

The food was good with a great variety. Everyone found something they liked at each meal. Fresh fruit was always available. A plus for me. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

Staff were friendly and helpful from arrival. The reception, restaurant, bar, and entertainment team members provided great service. Lifeguards were on duty around the pools. Guests' safety was taken seriously.

The hotel rooms are decorated to an excellent standard. The bathroom had good facilities. Housekeeping came to our room daily to clean. They were always polite and smiling.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staff clean sheets perfect air conditioning
The staff were friendly from arrival. The reception, restaurant, bar, and entertainment teams were helpful. The hotel room had comfy beds with crisp, clean, white sheets and pillows. Air conditioning worked perfectly during hot nights. I was so grateful for that. The bathroom was lovely, and its facilities were good.
The entertainment team could have offered more daytime activities. I think additional planned events during the day would greatly enhance the experience for families and children at the hotel.

Lifeguards were on duty all the time, and they took guest safety seriously. I really valued that. The pool area and terrace were cleaned every night. This made arriving at the pools the next morning nice, clean, and tidy.

I had a lovely balcony room on the first floor. The view overlooked the pool area. I could see the sea in the background. The aqua park at the front was included, and it was perfect for my child.
